The outstanding IAC Nationals performance of the Cedar Hill Prep (CHP) student points to a bright academic future.
A fourth-grader from CHP had an amazing time at the IAC Nationals, and she is now hoping to participate internationally. At Nationals, where about 1,700 students competed, he got to meet and learn from champions from other grades and schools. He did well on his examinations, placing fourth in American geography, sixth in Asian geography, and sixth in physical science. He also advanced to the GeoBee quarterfinals. We encourage you to examine some of the Orlando images, and we are quite happy of this amazing student’s accomplishments.
Another of our fourth-graders, who competed in the Geo Bowl, Academic Bowl, Geo Bee, and History Bee at the IAC last week, had an amazing time. It is a noteworthy achievement to make it to the quarterfinals and place in the top 10 out of more than 100 children in his age group. His motivation to put in even more effort for upcoming events is already high. I’d want to congratulate him on his outstanding performance.
